Depending on the device/browser that you’re using, you may need to review the Flash/HTML5/Articulate Mobile Player matrix to see if the features you’re using are supported: Also, I’d recommend testing your course at cloud.for baseline results, then compare it to what you see in Blackboard.Hi Anna Marie, Are you using Articulate Studio ’09?
When the learners complete and pass, the LMS report their score and displays a “Complete” status. When the learners complete and fail, that is to say when they get less than 80%, the LMS report their score but continues to display a “In Progress” status.
I tried a different course file that was created within the past 2 months and checked to see if my completion settings were the same as that file and they are.
The other file is completing in the LMS; this course is not. While I was creating the course when I would press the play button to adjust timing for audio in the timeline, the course froze numerous times and a window popped up to notify about the error and what I was doing. There were additional times when the course was frozen and it wouldn’t allow me.
I’m trying to use scorm cloud to test a Storyline course, and my course won’t display in either Chrome or Safari.
When I launch the course a new window opens that is just blank.
